We On February 3rd, we celebrated our 100th day of school! The kindergarteners have learned so much since that first day of school! I am really proud of them!
Today we did many activities revolving around that number 100. We counted 100 pennies and found other ways to make a dollar using nickels, dimes and quarters. We counted by 1s, 5s, and 10s to 100. The kindergarteners also wrote 1-100. They also attempted to be quiet for 100 seconds.

They drew what we looked like now and what we
might look like when we are 100 years old.
We also made a list of 100 things we learned in kindergarten.
I read books about 100 days of school. They drew pictures of what we could buy with $100, what they could eat 100 of, what they would want 100 of, etc. and I compiled that into their own book!
The students made a cool headband with the #100 on it. In the afternoon we shared a giant, frosted cookie to mark our special day!
